Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET may not ship until the following business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Atsko is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at the address below or use our online return form.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no charge and arrange return shipping for the incorrect or damaged item.

International orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
